At My Vish, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at shivaniconnectbox@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shivaniconnectbox@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings that have been worn or used.

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different design or style, simply return the eligible item (after approval) and place a new order for your preferred piece.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
